At Carinity, we are proud to have a workforce where 80% of our team are women, making a meaningful difference every day.
This week, we celebrate the incredible women across Carinity who bring compassion, dedication, and expertise to their roles. Join us as we highlight just a few of the many women making a lasting impact in the lives of those we support.
As an advocate for students at Carinity Education Rockhampton, Bridgitte is committed to empowering young people – and inspiring her team of youth workers to deliver the highest level of support.
As a diversional therapist at Carinity’s Brownesholme residential aged care community in Highfields, Jeannie supports older people – mainly women – from the Darling Downs region.
Sonia strives to empower young women every day in her role as chaplain at Carinity Education Southside.
Tricia works at Carinity Narangba, which supports youth and families in the Moreton Bay area through counselling services.
Empowering older women in her community is what Amy strives to do every day, in her role as Assistant Lifestyle Coordinator for Carinity Home Care Hervey Bay.
For Carinity's Retirement Villages Manager, International Women’s Day is a powerful reminder of the resilience, strength, and contributions of women in all aspects of life.
