At Carinity we believe in building communities where you feel at home, a place where you are included, heard and valued. For more than 70 years we have been making a real difference to the lives of people in need.
We’re here for you.
All people coming into Queensland from overseas (from Sunday 15 March 2020), who have travelled through a COVID-19 hot spot in Australia (from 10 July 2020), had contact with a person with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or have not had the 2020 flu vaccination (unless they an exemption) are not permitted to enter a Carinity site. To help with infection control, we ask employees, contractors and volunteers to complete a Travel Declaration upon arriving at a Carinity location following completion of the self-isolation period. As long as people have walked the earth, we’ve struggled to notice the special in the ordinary.
When he began his work, Jesus was well received in every town except his home town. In Nazareth, people said, “That's just Joseph’s son”. To them he was … ordinary. He was from their home town. Places, people, circumstances – they’re special if we have the eyes to see it.
If you can’t see the special in the ordinary, ask God to open your eyes.
