1. Refer a friend: Simply complete the referral form below, with the contact details of the person you’d like to refer.
2. Join Carinity Home Care: Your friend or family member becomes a client of Carinity Home Care, receiving services under a home care package.
3. Receive your reward: You will both receive a $100 VISA gift card.

Things you should know
The reward for making a referral is only available to customers with an existing Home Care Package. The reward for switching to a Carinity Home Care Package is only available to brand new customers (cannot be receiving any current services from Carinity).
Offer closes 4pm 1 March 2025. To be eligible for the reward, the new customer must sign an agreement within three months of the referral. The reward will be delivered within 30 days of the signed agreement. Full terms & conditions.
