Disability Respite
Carinity offers disability respite in three charming South East Queensland locations. Our short term accommodation (STA) caters to the special needs of each individual and includes:

- Communal living areas for socialising
- Fully accessible van for outings
- Personal care, including high intensity supports
- Access to counselling and therapies
- Activities tailored to your interests and abilities

When can I visit?
We have vacancies available now for adults to stay from one to 14 days. Older teens may also be accommodated by arrangement.
Your stay could be a planned holiday, emergency accommodation, or even regular weekend respite.
How much does short term accommodation cost?
Most guests will have their stay fully funded by their NDIS plan, with no out of pocket costs. We abide by the NDIS price guide, charging in accordance with the price limit for supports.
Can you support my individual needs and preferences?
Our caring team are highly trained to support all types of special needs, including intellectual, physical, sensory and psychosocial disabilities.
We will work with you and your family or carers to create a plan for your disability respite. This will include all your health and safety needs, interests, preferences and activities you might like to do.
