Chaplains Appeal 2021
More than ever, some of our community’s most vulnerable – students requiring special assistance, people in hospitals and prisons, aged people in residential care and people living at home with care assistance – need generous ongoing support.
Carinity provides that support, and key players in our team are our chaplains. They provide hope, comfort and spiritual care to people in need.
In fact, during the COVID pandemic, chaplains played an increased role.
At times, prison chaplains had access when even family members did not. In our schools and aged care communities, chaplain’s hours increased to ensure support for students and residents that were facing challenging times.
With your support we can carry on this vital work needed more than ever at present in communities across Queensland.
We hope you can support the Chaplains Appeal by donating online or by phoning (07) 3550 3737.
Thank you for your support in our mission, in the name of Christ, to support Queensland communities and make a real difference to people in need.
